SmartPTT PLUS is a Motorola Sold & Supported dispatch software application for distributed MOTOTRBO radio networks. Standard functionalities include voice dispatch, texting, job ticketing, event logging and more. Optional features include GPS tracking, indoor location, voice recording, interoperability, telephone interconnect and a web client for remote system access. SmartPTT supports both the digital functions of the MOTOTRBO radios or their analog mode for a seamless migration to a DMR system.
SmartPTT Dispatcher Console is the software application installed on a Windows-based PC, which can be located at any distance from the controlled radio networks. The Dispatcher Console connects to the SmartPTT Radioserver(s) via IP to perform dispatching functions. The SmartPTT PLUS Radioserver communicates to radio subscribers via an IP wireline connection using the Network Application Interface (NAI Voice and NAI Data). SmartPTT PLUS supports operation in conventional systems, IPSC, Capacity Plus, Linked Capacity Plus, Connect Plus and Capacity Max.

TRBOnet PLUS provides integrated fully-featured dispatch control over single and multi-site or multi-channel systems. It supports voice communication and data operations for conventional single site repeater, IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, Linked Capacity Plus, Connect Plus and CapacityMax systems by direct wireline interface with the MOTOTRBO network.
With TRBOnet PLUS, operators can monitor audio, data and asset location, as well as provide record management and review events that have taken place. It’s easy to track staff and key assets on a live map, send and receive private text messages to personnel in the field and respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations. Dispatchers can also link multiple agencies or departments with a single touch for even greater flexibility.

Teldio’s Alarm Control System (ACS) is a software-based application that intelligently dispatches emergency and business-critical alarms, work tickets and notifications. Integrating into building management, machinery, job ticketing software and third-party network systems, ACS monitors for alarms around the clock.
ACS ensures that alarm management and notification process is automatic, efficient and reliable by dispatching notifications to the right person based on the time of day, location and competency necessary to respond to the task. The closed loop system pushes alarms to the next suitable person until they are acknowledged, resolved and closed. By doing so, response times to alarms and emergency events are significantly reduced, workplace efficiency improves and accountability is enhanced.
ACS filters and transmits alarm notifications via email and text message, as well as text and audio notifications to MOTOTRBO™ radios, Android devices and mobile phones.

The c-Bridge provides for a variety of enhancements to single-repeater or IP Site Connect systems. It allows the 15-repeater limit of IP Site Connect to be exceeded, whereby systems can consist of hundreds of repeaters and it can be used to increase the number of satellite receivers that can be installed in an IP Site Connect system with receiver voting. It can also provide interoperability between single repeaters or IP Site Connect systems and non-MOTOTRBO systems, such as analog or P25 systems as well as providing a connection between single repeaters or IP Site Connect systems and older analog dispatch console systems.
Very flexible 'call routing' allows for dynamic bridging between different repeaters and time slots. When used with the PC Voice Dispatch application, the c-Bridge can operate as a gateway for voice communications over an IP network connection into a single MOTOTRBO repeater or an IP Site Connect system. Built-in IP network diagnostics provide an excellent troubleshooting tool for finding problems in the IP networks between repeaters in IP Site Connect systems.

The hermesTRX is a plug-and-play professional and cost-effective real-time GPS fleet management system which uses various mapping platforms including Google Earth. It is configurable through a built-in web server to track and manage vehicles or personnel assets by GPS enabled Motorola Radios.
It is an advanced truly plug-and-play solution being very intuitive to set up and leads the standards in the MOTOTRBO application world.
Our newest feature, "Vehicle Stop" has been included to add a layer of certainty to the tracking of a fleet. In a typical school bus scenario, when buses arrives at a set point, e.g. a bus stop, a log entry will be annotated with the arrival time of the vehicle at a particular ‘drop-off’ point, and the time when the vehicle leaves said point.
